What you’ll be doing

Join our dynamic team at CheQ, a leading player in the credit management industry. We're seeking talented individuals to fill the role of a Sales Support Executive, responsible for promoting and selling a range of cutting -edge credit and finance products. If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the financial world and thrive in a sales -driven environment, this opportunity is for you!

  • Engage in outbound calls to connect with potential customers, effectively promoting and assisting them navigate our diverse credit and finance products.

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the fintech and lending ecosystems to highlight the unique advantages of CheQ's offerings compared to competitors.

  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products, addressing customer queries with finesse.

  • Cultivate and nurture positive customer relationships through regular follow -up calls.

  • Provide precise information about our products/services, including pricing and promotions.

  • Strive for continuous improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.


Requirements

What you’ll need
Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.
  • Minimum experience of 6 months,  with a grasp of the Fintech and Lending environments.

  • Proven track record in telesales, focusing on Edtech,Fintech, Lending or Insurance products.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Successful track record as a sales representative.

  • Ability to understand quickly and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages with English & Hindi being mandatory, along with any one regional language.

  • Self -driven and highly motivated.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
