Job Description - Customer care executive

Job Type: Full-Time - work from home - NOT ALLOWED

Industry: Software as a Service (SaaS) – Healthcare/Technology

Experience: 1–2 Years in SaaS or B2B Support Preferred

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

About Drlogy:

Drlogy is a fast-growing healthcare SaaS platform offering comprehensive software solutions for diagnostics labs, hospitals, and healthcare providers. Our Lab SaaS product empowers pathology and diagnostic centers with advanced features like automated billing, reporting, online booking, and patient management.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Support Executive to assist clients in using our Drlogy SaaS software efficiently. You will act as the bridge between the client and our product/technical teams, ensuring timely issue resolution, training, onboarding, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries via calls, emails, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Provide product support, training, and troubleshooting for Drlogy SaaS features.
  • Assist with new client onboarding and setup.
  • Escalate technical bugs or feature issues to the technical team with proper documentation.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and training resources.
  • Collect client feedback and relay it to the product team for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communication and resolutions.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and customer service skills (Hindi, English, and local language).
  • Ability to understand and explain software features and workflows.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare or laboratory operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, CRM tools, ticketing systems, or remote support software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with customers.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Science or IT background preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software or customer support (freshers can also apply with strong communication skills).
