Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer -focused CRM
Executive to manage client relationships for our security products division.
The role involves maintaining customer databases, ensuring timely follow -ups,
handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high
customer satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact between the company
and its clients for post -sales engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients regarding Payment clearance, Product
installations, AMC renewals, and service schedules.
Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution by
collaborating with the service team.
Execute customer retention strategies including feedback
collection and loyalty initiatives.
Assist in generating service reminders, AMC proposals, and
client communications.
Prepare and present regular CRM reports (e.g., follow -ups,
pending calls, customer satisfaction).
Ensure all client data is recorded, accurate, and secure in
the CRM database.
Requirements:
0 -3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in security
systems or technical products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of security products like CCTV, fire
alarms, and biometric devices.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts with a focus on
relationship building.
Problem -solving mindset and attention to detail.
