Job Description - Customer Care Executive-Inbound Sales

The Role

Hiring for Customer Care Executive - Inbound Sales

Requirement : US Inbound Ticketing process, candidate use to take 15 to 30 calls in a day and book flight tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their queries.

You will be responsible for :

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Ideal Profile

Requirements:-

  • Proven customer care experience In any International BPO or Experience as a Travel Sales Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*US Travel Process*

  • Booking customers flight tickets and making sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Need candidates with excellent English communication skills.
  • Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in International BPO Sales Process.
  • Working days: 24 working days in a month, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave.
  • Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off
  • Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary
  • Salary : 20K to 30K
  • Training : 30 days paid training.
