We are seeking a Customer Education Manager to build and scale our customer education program. As part of the Enablement team, you will create engaging learning experiences that help customers adopt our platform, increase product proficiency, and maximize value. This is a role based out of India.
You will own the customer curriculum from end to end—developing educational content, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring learning resources evolve alongside our product. The preferred time zones are Eastern US and Central US.
