Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Travel Executive within our organization, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional customer service and streamlining the booking process for our esteemed clients. Your core responsibilities encompass:

Grasping Customer Requirements: Devote time to comprehensively understanding customer travel preferences and needs, encompassing travel dates, destinations, budget considerations, and any specialized requests.

Securing Optimal Airfares: Leverage your industry acumen and expertise to secure the most budget -friendly flight options for clients, ensuring they receive the finest deals available.

Facilitating Sales and Ticket Issuance: Execute sales proficiently by presenting suitable flight selections to customers and issuing tickets through our booking system.

Diligent Follow -Up: Display proactive outreach to potential clients via phone communication, delivering updates, addressing inquiries, and assisting throughout the booking process.

Booking and Payment Management: Secure bookings using the booking system and oversee payment processing, meticulously managing all essential documentation—such as ticket orders, credit card copies, and identification documents—to guarantee correct processing.

Dispensing Travel Guidance: Provide expert counsel to clients regarding travel arrangements, including visa information, passport requirements, and other critical travel documents.

E -ticket Issuance: Execute the issuance and dispatch of electronic tickets to clients efficiently, ensuring they possess all requisite travel information.

Communication and Information Updates: Keep clients well -informed regarding any modifications to their bookings, encompassing alterations in flight schedules or other pertinent travel -related data.

Resolution of Complaints and Challenges: Display attentiveness and responsiveness to customer complaints and concerns, working diligently to resolve issues and ascertain customer contentment.

Email Handling: Skillfully organize and track emails to guarantee prompt responses and efficient follow -ups with clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.


Less than 1 year of experience in either customer service or sales.

Robust aptitude for providing excellent customer service.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Skillful utilization of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Capable of both independent work and effective teamwork.

Flexibility in working hours, which may include nights and weekends. (Night Shift only)

Preferred proficiency in multiple languages.

Shift allowance (Variable up to Rs.25,000/month)
Monthly bonus/incentive (variable up to Rs. 90,000/month)
