Job Description - Customer Experience Specialist




We are looking for a self starter who can take ownership of our customer experience needs. For the right candidate, this is a great opportunity to grow with the company.   • Ensure a great customer experience by proactively reducing customer paint points

  • Create efficient customer care processes and identify scope for improvement in customer experience

  • Work with the operations and manufacturing teams to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Maintain updated knowledge of Supervek product offerings, features and policies

  • Participate in meetings and activities to improve customer experience

  • Maintain proper documentation of customer queries and resolutions

  • Handle inbound phone, web and social queries

  • Assist operations and marketing teams with ad hoc projects and activities






Requirements



  • Fluency in English

  • Experience in Handling Customer ticketing platforms like Zendesk/ZohoDesk

  • Self Starter who can take ownership of the customer experience

  • Proficiency in MS office Suite

  • Team Player who can work in a fast paced environment
