What You’ll Do:

• Take complete ownership of customer relationships, ensuring they achieve success and become enthusiastic advocates for the product.
• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, providing a smooth, engaging, and value-driven onboarding experience.
• Monitor product adoption and usage to ensure customers derive maximum value, driving retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
• Act as a trusted product advisor, sharing insights, best practices, and tips to help customers achieve their goals efficiently.
