Customer Onboarding Specialist

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 700000 (ie INR 2-7 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding journey.
• Conduct engaging product walkthroughs that clearly explain platform features, capabilities, and benefits.
• Coordinate closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired customers.
• Provide technical guidance on WhatsApp API usage, integration steps, and related setup processes.
• Assist customers in configuring their accounts and navigating core platform functionalities.
• Address and resolve customer queries or issues that arise during the onboarding phase.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team to support ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and support customers effectively.
• Experience with WhatsApp API, marketing automation tools, or similar technologies.
• Ability to deliver clear, engaging, and informative product demonstrations.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Prior experience in customer onboarding or customer support is an advantage.
