Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the
job
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer
quality concerns.
· Monitor CRM portals, respond to quality alerts,
track Zero Km Concerns and warranty complaints.
· Through knowledge in Lithium Battery, BMS and Vehicle
firmware
· Functional understanding of traction motors, Controllers,
On -board chargers, DC -DC converters and Lights and Horns
· Liaise with internal teams (Design, manufacturing,
engineering, supply chain) to resolve customer quality issues.
· Responsible for Root -cause analysis and Taking
corrective actions for Customer complaints
· Coordinate containment and rework activities when
necessary for customer concerns.
· Maintain clear documentation of all
customer -related quality issues and actions.
· Track and report on customer quality metrics, such
as Zero km concerns, warranty complaints and warranty cost etc.
· Analyze returned parts from customers and conduct
warranty case analysis and Field visits for failure analysis
· Monitor
field replacement parts availability
Experience: 5 -7 years
Industry Preferred: EV / Automotive / Auto
Ancillary
Qualifications: B.E/B. Tech
–Mechanical/Automobile
Skills: Hands on
experience in 7 QC Tools, 8D Analysis, Electrical trouble
