Customer Relations Associate

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  
• Handle billing, packing, and post -purchase interactions efficiently.
  
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  
• Assist in stock handling, shelf arrangements, and product displays.
  
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
  
• Follow store SOPs and brand guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
  

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  

• Higher secondary / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (freshers may apply).
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Customer -focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
