Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Customer Relations Associate

Location: Whitefield

Experience Required:

• Overall: 2-3 years total experience
  

• Mandatory: Minimum 1.5 years in Customer Service or Customer Support
  

• We are looking for only female candidates for this role.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns effectively via calls and emails (Voice & Non-voice support).
  

• Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
  

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  

• Proactively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  

• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments with proper documentation.
  

• Contribute towards process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
  

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly Excel reports as required.
  

Key Requirements:

• Domain expertise in customer service processes and systems.
  

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  

• Strong vocabulary, articulation, and comprehension.
  

• Experience in voice and non-voice support (email).
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel for basic reporting and data management.
  

• Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  

Preferred Attributes:

• Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Zoho Desk).
  

• Experience in handling both B2C and B2B customers.
  

• Quick learner with adaptability to changing business needs.
