Role Description

At Pancham, we prioritise the act of enriching customer interaction over everything else. We’re looking for a skilled telecaller to join as a customer service representative to enable the same. Telecalling work involves learning processes and scripts, so the ideal candidate will have to be a quick learner. Keen observation skills and the ability to gauge tiny important details through a phone conversation go a long way. The ideal Customer service representative should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives.

Objectives

• Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods
• Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling
• Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller 
• Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements 
• Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
• Strong communication skills and command of the English language
• Previous experience in a Customer Service, and advertising, is a plus
• Data entry skills to complement the work
• Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills

Salary: 15,000-20,000.

Incentive: As per Industry Practice.
