Position- Customer Relationship Executive

Experience- 1+yr

Location - Pune

skills- Foreign exchange, Cash handling, Customer service

Working Mode- on-site

Responsibilities:

Handle counter & cash transactions
Manage forex transactions using FX Plus software
Communicate with customers to resolve queries
Ensure client satisfaction through quality service
Guide customers on exchange rates, policies & regulations

Skills:

Basic English communication (written & verbal)
Computer proficiency & software handling
