Job Description - Customer Relationship Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer -focused Customer Relationship Executive to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate excels in communication, problem -solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while identifying opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long -term, trust -based relationships with customers.

  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and challenges to provide personalized support.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions.

2. Account Management

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify upselling and cross -selling opportunities to grow revenue.

  • Maintain regular follow -ups to strengthen engagement.

3. Customer Service Excellence

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure issues are resolved efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads.

5. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM software.

  • Track and analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Core Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer -centric approach and relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Self -motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or in a team.

  • Adaptable to changing business priorities and deadlines.
