Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring timely support, maintaining records, and providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers


• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery


• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions


• Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, and repeat business


• Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction


• Share regular updates on customer requirements and feedback with the team


• Support sales and marketing activities when required


• Prepare daily / weekly customer reports and share with management

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline


• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or sales support


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)


• Ability to multitask and handle customer issues professionally


• Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
