As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the Gems and Jewellery industry, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing dispatch and logistics, handling billings, repairs, orders, and ledger matching. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address their queries, provide product information, and offer assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and requests effectively to enhance the overall customer experience.
2.Dispatch and Logistics:
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
- Track and monitor shipments, update clients on delivery status, and address any issues or delays.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to dispatch and logistics activities.
3. Billing and Order Management:
- Generate and process invoices, bills, and receipts accurately for client purchases and orders.
- Manage repair requests, coordinate with the repair team, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in customer service, client management, or related roles in the Gems and Jewelry industry is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
4. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing dispatch, logistics, and billing processes.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software for order management and ledger matching.
