Job Title: Customer Executive – Voice Process

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational offs)

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience: Fresher to 2+ years

Process Type: Voice (Inbound/Outbound)

Job Description:

• Handle customer queries via phone professionally and efficiently

• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain records of interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
