Job Description - Customer Relationship Manager

WOMEN ONLY


As
a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
ensuring our clients have a positive and satisfying experience
throughout their entire project journey. You will serve as the primary
point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving
issues, and fostering strong relationships.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Communication:
    • Maintain
      regular communication with clients, providing updates on
      project progress, addressing inquiries, and resolving
      concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    • Proactively identify potential issues and take steps to
      prevent them from escalating.

  • Relationship Building:
    • Foster strong
      relationships with clients by building trust, understanding
      their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

    • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback
      sessions to gather insights and identify areas for
      improvement.
  • Project Management
    Support:
    • Collaborate with the project
      management team to ensure smooth project execution and
      timely delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal
      teams (designers, architects, contractors) to address client
      requests and resolve issues.

  • Issue Resolution:
    • Act as the primary point
      of contact for client complaints and concerns.

    • Conduct thorough investigations and implement effective
      solutions to resolve issues promptly and
      satisfactorily.
  • Customer Service
    Training:
    • Provide customer service training to
      team members to ensure consistent delivery of
      high -quality service.

  • Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor  key performance
      indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, such as
      Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer churn rate.


         
    • Analyze data to
      identify trends and opportunities for improvement.



Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer
    service, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of
    experience in customer relationship management or a similar
    role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
    both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem -solving
    and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to build
    rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong
    organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
