Customer Service Agent

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Voice Agents to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

- Identify and resolve customer issues following company guidelines.

- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department as needed.

Requirements:

-Graduate or undergraduate degree.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in handling international orders.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
