Customer Service Appointment Booking

Requirements:

·         Experience                   : 1 + years of experience in Booking Appointments for Car Servicing

·         Qualification                : 12^th Pass Minimum

·         Gender                          : Male/Female candidate

·         Work time                    :6 days working (Mon - Sat) Morning shift (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)

·         Language known       : Comfortable to speak with 2 languages from (Kannada, Marathi) with HINDI and ENGLISH

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Make a high volume of professional outbound calls to potential new and existing customers, acting as the first point of contact. 

·         Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the service team, managing calendars to ensure efficiency

·         Accurately document all customer interactions, update lead status, and maintain records in the Customer Relationship. Management (CRM) system

·         Conduct follow-up communications with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary information

·         Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting

·         Work closely with the service team to provide valuable customer insights and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads

·         Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and maintain an organized schedule

·         Comfort with using CRM software, dialers, and other communication tools to manage calls and records efficiently
