CX25WW Assessment Process

Before your profile is referred, you will complete a single evaluation round conducted by CX25WW.

The assessment includes:

• AI-Based Communication Assessment
  
• Leadership Style Assessment
  
• Work Style Assessment
  

Total Assessment Duration: Approximately 15 Minutes

The assessment evaluates your overall suitability for customer-facing roles and helps us recommend the right candidates to our hiring partners.

Requirements

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through Phone, Chat, and Email.
  
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
  
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, payments, and returns.
  
• Escalate complex issues whenever required.
  
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
  
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and data privacy.
  
• Meet productivity and quality KPIs.
  
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
  
• Graduates from any stream are welcome.
  
• Distance Learning, Open University, and Regular graduates are eligible.
  
• Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
  
• Excellent English communication skills are preferred.
  
• Regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
