Job Description - Customer Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. To carry out the installation of Diagnostics system and to do repair and preventive maintenance of system post installation
2. To take necessary corrective action on the breakdown calls being attended in stipulated time line.
3. To follow the service process and good documentation practices.
3. To manage the local boot inventory of spare for the highly demanded customer.
4. This role involved field travel and maximum time spend on the travelling and fixing customer issues
5. Communicate effectively with customers or clients to understand their issues and provide solutions.
6. Respond to service calls or requests in a timely manner.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
8.Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
