Job Description - Customer Service Executive

Collaborate closely with the GTM team to build and deepen relationships with key customer stakeholders—not only for efficient order management but also to stay informed about future demand forecasts. Additionally, nurturing these relationships will facilitate smoother collection follow-ups Managing and ensuring OTIF achievement. End-to end Order to Cash process, receiving purchase orders, PO acknowledgements, SO creation, Managing SO dates, invoicing and follow up for payments.

  • Planning of dispatches, End-to end co-ordination with warehouse team on packing and dispatches.
  • End-to end co-ordination with transporters for executing dispatches.
  • Invoicing in ERP, ensuring GST compliances of E-invoicing and e-way bills.
  • Regularly following up with customers to ensure collection of dues in time. Involving GTM in case of need for escalation.
  • Ensuring to follow SOP for any rejection/damage as reported by customer and to document the approvals before passing on to team for credit note issuance.

Foster strong internal collaboration with key stakeholders including plant supply planners, QC, warehouse teams, RA team, and the GTM team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction Monthly closing - Match sales report with Finance (control process to ensure no doc is missed). GSTR1 compilation. Attend to the sales area audit during statutory and internal audits, including providing the necessary documents and supporting and answering queries. Continually maintain and/or improve processes to improve customer experience. Initial phase, incumbent needs to be based at plant to ensure set SOP’s are explained to key stakeholders and then ensure that the same are followed. Post the initial phase regular plant visits need to be undertaken for reviews and checks.

As and when required, visit customers with GTM to foster seamless collaborations with key stakeholders at customers end as well.
