We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an excellent user experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and able to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

â Resolve issues and provide accurate information about the app.

â Guide customers on using app features.

â Maintain records of interactions and escalate unresolved issues.

â Gather feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
