 We're Hiring | Customer Service Executive – Healthcare Voice Process

 Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work From Office)
 Employment Type: Full-Time
 Shift: US Rotational Night Shift

? 0–6 Months Experience: ₹28,000 Gross
? 6–12 Months Experience: ₹32,750 Gross
? 12–18 Months Experience: ₹35,000 Gross
? 18–30 Months Experience: ₹37,500 Gross


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions.
✅ Resolve customer queries with excellent service quality.
✅ Provide accurate information and support.
✅ Meet performance and quality metrics.
✅ Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Eligibility

✔ HSC (12th Pass) minimum qualification.
✔ Excellent English communication skills.
✔ Customer service experience preferred.
✔ Comfortable working in US rotational night shifts.
✔ Immediate joiners preferred.
