Location: Indore
Department: BPO

Position: Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or support tickets.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
  • Follow established service standards and meet defined SLA targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem -solving and analytical abilities.
  • Customer -focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email systems).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Freshers candidate can apply).
  • Prior customer service experience is an added advantage.
