We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our Non Voice Process who can deliver excellent customer experiences and build lasting relationships. Whether you're a f6 month expereince or bring up to 2 years of experience, we welcome you to be part of a growing team that values clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:-

• Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards
• Adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging conversations with patience

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
• Basic computer skills and typing speed
• Open to 6-month experience; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service preferred
