We are hiring Customer Service Officers for the Indian Market to work with a reputed company in Vietnam. Candidates with good English communication skills and customer handling abilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
Assist Indian customers through calls, emails, and chat support
Maintain professional communication with clients

Maintain customer records and update service information
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Salary: ₹43,000 INR Per Month

Requirements

Good English communication skills

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Prior customer support/BPO experience is an advantage
