Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is the face of the organization to all our customers and is responsible for coordinating Order receipts and entry, production scheduling and changes in accordance with customer requirements, monitoring delivery performance and interacting with Customer procurement teams through all available channels/mediums. "* Processing, checking of orders, incoming orders Minimum regular Graduate Degree from recognized College/University Minimum 5-6 Years of Customer Service experience, preferrably in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry Familiarty with International freight & Logistics Knowledge / Experience with Aerospace standards NADCAP, AS9100 etc is preferred. Excellent communication and English language skills is a must. Ability to proactively coordinate with cross functional teams towards desired goals.
