We are seeking a well-presented, empathetic, and results-driven Customer Service Representative (Female) to join our growing skin and dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in healthcare, skin clinics, or dermatology centers, with a strong ability to manage patient interactions while supporting sales and clinic operations. This role is critical in creating a welcoming patient experience, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, and contributing to clinic revenue through service promotion and appointment conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction & Customer Service
Act as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over phone, WhatsApp, and email
Greet patients warmly, understand their concerns, and guide them through clinic services and procedures
Handle patient inquiries regarding treatments, pricing, packages, and post-treatment care with sensitivity and professionalism
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and personalized service
Sales & Revenue Support
Promote skin, laser, aesthetic, and dermatology services to walk-in and existing patients
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment bookings
Explain treatment plans, offers, and packages clearly to patients
Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and packages while maintaining ethical healthcare standards
Support monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue growth
Clinic Operations & Coordination
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups efficiently
Coordinate with doctors, dermatologists, therapists, and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and billing information
Handle cash/card payments, invoices, and basic billing coordination
Ensure front desk hygiene, stock availability (forms, brochures, consumables), and smooth workflow
Administrative & Compliance Support
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare compliance standards
Follow clinic SOPs related to patient handling, documentation, and reporting
Assist in maintaining daily reports, appointment logs, and sales tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Front Desk Executive in a healthcare, skin clinic, or dermatology clinic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach
Proven ability to handle sales conversations and appointment conversions
Basic understanding of dermatology, skin treatments, or aesthetic procedures (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and clinic management systems
