Position: Customer Service Associate (Non-Voice Process)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Shifts: Night shifts only

Working Days: 6 days with rotational off

Transport: Provided

Compensation: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

Issue Management:

• Resolve simple non-technical issues
• Use the ticketing system to address issues following process specifications and operating procedures.
• Exercise judgement in defining solutions, adapting processes, and methods to craft alternate solutions.
• Escalate critical or complex queries to the next level for resolution.

Query Management:

• Close customer inquiries regarding products/services and customer accounts.
• Provide additional clarifications as requested by customers.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in a customer voice support role).
• Intermediate/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
