• Assisting with customer queries on marketplace messages for Amazon/eBay/Websites and ensuring customers receive a response within the 24-hour response time limit
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assisting on customers who may have received their orders late, received the wrong order or received faulty products
