About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless fulfillment process to meet our customers’ needs.

Your proactive approach to customer interactions, combined with a strong attention to detail, will ensure efficient resolution of issues related to order processing, shipping, and returns. As part of our client-focused team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management – Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while tracking their progress through the fulfillment pipeline.
  • Customer Communication – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution – Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including shipping delays, incorrect items, and returns.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure high-quality service and to improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Documentation – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order data within the company’s CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience – Experience in a fulfillment or related customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities – Demonstrated capability to identify issues and provide effective solutions quickly.
  • Detail-oriented – Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technologically savvy – Proficiency with CRM systems, order management software, and standard office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms – Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
