Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our international banking sector team. The ideal candidates will have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
Complete the Versant round of assessment
