Summary

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our IT Services team in a Customer Service and Sales capacity. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction and generating revenue through effective engagement and relationship management. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while actively pursuing sales opportunities to achieve organizational targets.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound voice communications to address client inquiries and provide support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
Actively follow up on leads to convert prospects into paying clients.
Employ negotiation tactics to close deals and secure favorable terms.
Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently through effective problem-solving strategies.
Handle customer interactions with professionalism to uphold the company's reputation.
Execute sales activities and processes to drive business growth.
