Job Description - Customer Service South Indian Language (Acefour)

Sector : Consumer Durable / Ecommerce

Experience : 1-3 years

Location : Borivali (West), Mumbai

Reporting to : Customer Service Executive - OMS

Qualification : Any Graduation

Work time : 10:00am to 7:00 pm

Languages : Malayalam (Speaking and understanding) with Hindi and English language

Responsibilities

âHandle consumer care, build and nurture service partner network across Indiaâ

Manage omni-channel customer interactions

Manage inbound, outbound - calls, emails, chats

Respond to customer service queries and complaints

Respond to social media queries and complaints

Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Communicate and engage with relevant third parties from the supply chain where a resolution is required

Requirements

Curious and Analytical bent of mind

Excellent Communication Skills -Malayalam (Speaking and understanding) with Hindi and English language.

High level of ownership towards closure
