Position - Customer Service L1
Classification - Voice / Domestic / Travel / Ticketing Operations
Reports to - Team Lead / Manager
Education - 12th Pass minimum, graduates preferred
Location - Goregaon West
Shifts - Rotating Shifts
Days working - 6 days working
â Properly search for air availability and quote itineraries in all fare types and cabins.
â Issuing fresh tickets and creating reservations
â Reissue and revalidation of tickets
â Maintaining accuracy of information given and documented
â Working knowledge of any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo) - Optional
â Manage loyalty related questions from clients
â Update CRM internally
â Able to take email, chat and voice requests from clients
Requirements:
â Travel, Tourism / Hospitality experience preferred.
â Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center environment
â Good communication skills with fluency in English
â Experience servicing a Domestic customer base
â Airline, Travel and Resorts experience will be an advantage
â Should be able to read fare Rules & Penalty.
â Able to learn new processes quickly and adaptable to change
â Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
