Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle written queries from DT colleagues and external suppliers, tracking them in Salesforce
  • Perform administrative tasks including access management, sourcing and contract management support, and report preparation
  • Provide process services such as supplier communication and document management support
  • Manage incidents, including research in SAP and Salesforce, and clarify special queries along the PTP Value Stream
  • Conduct open-item clearing and management
  • Process incoming invoices from various sources
  • Participate in international projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other ad-hoc activities as defined by superiors
