Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or success role, preferably in a technology or software environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
