Customer Success Associate

What you will do for Sectona

We are looking for a Customer
Success Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will serve as the heartbeat of our customer
operations, keeping our data pristine, our dashboards current, and facilitate
synchronization between internal stakeholders and customer team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer Touchpoints: Conduct regular check-ins with customers,
  diagnose their technical roadblocks, and brief internal support teams for
  fast resolution.
  
• Dashboard & Tracker Ownership: Build and maintain customer-specific
  project trackers and dashboards to drive accountability and transparency
  across all assigned accounts.
  
• CRM Hygiene & Management: Execute continuous data hygiene within
  the CRM platform to ensure all records reflect current account statuses.
  
• Interaction Logging: Record precise notes, feedback, and action items
  against customer profiles immediately following meetings.
  
• Channel Maintenance: Keep reliable, open channels of communication
  active between the company and our client base.
  

Requirements

Skills and
Experience you require:

• 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success
  
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Detail-oriented mindset with experience or comfort using CRM tools
  and tracking dashboards.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a strong
  customer-first attitude are encouraged to apply.
  

Nice-to-have Skills:

• To
  track operational metrics (utilization, adoption, satisfaction score,
  etc.)- Data Literacy
  
• Familiarity
  with building or updating reporting layouts and dashboards to present
  these metrics and list down account health
  
• Guide
  a customer through structured onboarding presentation and familiarize them
  with key stakeholders for their account.
