Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:

Running the process for onboarding corporate clients onto our company platform.
Assisting Key Account Managers in handling client queries and ensuring a seamless experience.
Managing communications to clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Maintaining all databases accurately and updating them regularly.
Handling the endorsement process for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
Learning how to scale a start-up from 10 to 100 and actively contributing to our growth and success.

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in corporate health insurance or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Adaptability, collaborative spirit, and a goal-oriented approach to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining databases and client communication.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support the overall objectives of our company.
