Role Overview-

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support clients in their day-to-day use of Digitap products. The role involves handling client queries, assisting with onboarding activities, investigating reported issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues.
Investigate reported concerns and perform initial troubleshooting.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Support onboarding and implementation activities as required.
Guide clients on product usage and expected behaviour.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and issue updates.
Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on client requests and concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in customer success, product support, technical support, operations, or similar client-facing roles.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON structures.
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman will be an advantage.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
