Job Description - Customer Success Manager

 Customer Success Manager (B2B SaaS)

Experience: 1+ Years (Mandatory in B2B SaaS)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage end -to -end customer lifecycle, drive product adoption, ensure retention, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and manage B2B SaaS clients

Drive product usage and customer satisfaction

Conduct regular review meetings (QBRs/MBRs)

Handle renewals, upsell & cross -sell opportunities

Reduce churn and improve retention

Coordinate with Sales, Product & Support teams


Requirements

Requirements:

1+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS

Strong stakeholder management skills

Good understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention)

Excellent communication skills
