Job Description - Customer Success Manager

This person will be working in my micro-accountancy firm. This person will be responsible to support pre-sales activities. This person will be responsible to deliver client projects (i.e., tax returns for individuals, professionals, and sole traders), and this person will also be expected to create content.

Tasks

Prepare accounts.
Prepare management reports and presentations for clients as well as internally.
File tax returns.
Write SEO-enabled content.
Make calls to inbound inquiries and set up discovery meetings.
Take ownership of client delivery.
Take ownership of pre-sales activities within the firm.
Take ownership of client success.

Requirements

CA/CMA/M.Comm
Commerce or Accounts graduate.
Minimum three years' experience working.
Demonstrable experience inclient-facing roles.
