Job Description - Customer Success Operator

The primary function of the Global Customer Success Operator is to support Global Customer Success Lead, S5 Local / Regional offices & Management to ensure the implementation and delivery of client requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day to day client delivery process working closely with Global Customer Success Lead and Global / Regional Hubs. Some of the key responsibility are listed below but development of the role will depend on the skill sets of the applicant. The ideal candidate will be results and target driven and be able to demonstrate the following;
Show a proven track record of client support
IT savvy and capable of quickly learning/understanding operating systems
Be polite but have a tenacious telephone and email manner
Maintain good commercial relations with the clients
Have the discipline to work to strict deadlines and targets
Not afraid to investigate and resolve queries both internally and externally
Organized record keeping and follow-up
High level Customer Service mentality
Not a 9-5 mentality
Education and experience:
Fluent or Advanced English, other languages are an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service working for cruise related business, having knowledge of ticket bookings and industry functionalities & abbreviations.
Knowledge of the Maritime and Cruise industry
Experience working in an international hub structure environment
Organized person, ability to analyze and optimize processes
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, word, PPT.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Strong customer service skills, including professional telephone demeanor.
Must be able to comply with all S5 policies and procedures.
Highly motivated and able to meet goals and measurable achievements.
