Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and problem-solving-oriented Customer Support to own customer issues from initial contact through final resolution. This is not a traditional support role—the focus is on understanding the root cause of customer problems, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the issue is genuinely resolved.

The role offers an opportunity to work closely with store teams, pharmacists, riders, technology, and leadership while contributing to improvements in customer experience, processes, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from first contact to final resolution across chat, phone, and email


• Understand customer concerns thoroughly and identify the root cause of problems


• Coordinate with store teams, pharmacists, riders, technology, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues


• Handle time-sensitive and high-priority customer concerns with patience and ownership


• Make outbound calls when required to understand issues or provide resolution


• Ensure customers receive timely updates throughout the resolution process


• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the relevant teams


• Contribute to improving customer experience, internal processes, and operational workflows


• Take complete ownership of assigned customer issues rather than simply closing tickets

Must-Have Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi, both verbal and written


• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills


• Strong customer-handling and communication skills


• High ownership and determination to see problems through to resolution


• Comfortable handling customer conversations across chat, phone, and email


• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly


• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


• Freshers are welcome

Good to Have

• Prior experience in customer support, customer success, operations, or customer excellence


• Experience handling high-pressure or time-sensitive customer situations


• Exposure to CRM, ticketing, chat, or customer-support tools


• Knowledge of an additional regional language


• Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, D2C, quick-commerce, or similar customer-facing environments

Candidate Profile

• Strong communicator who can handle customers with empathy and confidence


• Naturally curious and focused on understanding the root cause, not just the immediate problem


• Patient and persistent when resolving complex customer issues


• Comfortable taking ownership and coordinating with multiple teams


• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools


• Comfortable working in a 6-day Work-from-Office setup


• Comfortable with rotating day and night shifts


• Candidates who demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and customer orientation will be preferred

Additional Notes

• Freshers can be considered if they demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills


• English and Hindi are mandatory


• Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days WFO in Bengaluru


• Candidates must be comfortable with rotating day and night shifts


• Transport support/reimbursement is applicable for late-night shifts


• Candidates looking only for a basic ticket-closure/support role may not be ideal for this position
