Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 3-5 LPA)

• Resolve customer queries, handle returns/exchange escalations, and ensure a smooth and delightful experience 😎
• Collaborate with operations, delivery, and warehouse teams to close the loop on customer requests
• Escalate bugs, delays, or product issues clearly and proactively—serving as the ears on the ground
• Contribute to building FAQs, feedback loops, and a strong customer experience playbook as we scale

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support
• Calm under pressure, quick and clear communicator (written & verbal)
• Comfortable adopting a Gen Z-friendly tone—approachable, respectful, and engaging
• Strong multitasking skills (handling chats, calls, and dashboards simultaneously)
• Based in Mumbai and excited about working in a dynamic startup culture
• Open to a 6-day work week in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
