Job Description - Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, and handling customer service inquiries. The role also includes addressing technical support issues and effectively communicating with customers to resolve their concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
  • Handle complaints and provide effective solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Provide product and service guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes, products, or services.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and eCommerce platform functionalities.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
  • Excellent command of English and Hindi.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem -solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high -volume inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, order management, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Team -oriented, proactive, and detail -focused.
