Job Description - Customer Support Associate Tier 2 (Voice)

The role involves providing high -quality Tier 2 customer support via inbound calls, emails, and chats. Responsibilities include logging cases, providing recruitment support to candidates, navigational support on self -service portals, outbound calls as required, maintaining SLA targets, and keeping process repositories updated. Candidates must adhere to GDPR guidelines and company policies at all times.

Shift: US time zones (rotating work week — Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat / Wed–Sun) Â· 2 -way cab provided

Locations: Bangalore (Belandur / Adugodi) Â· Pune (Magarpatta) Â· Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Requirements

• Versant score of 58 and above (mandatory)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic MS Office proficiency

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools (preferred)

• Prior international BPO experience preferred; freshers acceptable

• Flexibility to work rotating work weeks and US time zone shifts

• Education: Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: 0–3 years
